Networking

Networking is one way for Senior Center members and participants in The Next Chapter to support each other in life and in the life planning process. Networking includes opportunities to exchange information and resources with peers and representatives of local businesses and agencies, social gatherings, brainstorming sessions and the use of on-line chat rooms.  Join us for these Senior Center, Inc. events.

All Member Social
Mondays, 2:30-3:30 p.m. (meeting), 4:00 p.m. (dinner)

Many people come to the Senior Center to enjoy the company of others and participate in activities they enjoy. The Senior Center has a core group of volunteers in our Ambassador Club who provide weekly opportunities for members to get acquainted, make connections, and learn about the Center activities from participants. Our meetings are casual gatherings for sharing stories about our travels, careers, families, retirement interests, and challenges we face, plus information about Center programs we enjoy. The Ambassador Club volunteers invite newcomers and other members to come out on Mondays for our meetings at 2:30 p.m. in Room B and to dinner at 4:00 p.m. at International House of Pancakes (IHOP) for the Seniors’ half-price entrees deal offered on Mondays! For information, contact Corinne, 296-3295.
