Bridge-A-Rama
If you like to play bridge and meet new
people, consider joining this Senior Center group. All you need is a
partner and $15 per person. It is a sort of round robin: 2 pairs of players meet
once a month at a participant’s home and play 20 hands of bridge. Pairs choose a
day and time for play and play with different pairs each month. The season ends
in May with rounds played, refreshments provided, and prizes awarded at the
Senior Center. Register at the Front
Desk for the September 2008 start. For more info, contact Judy

Vince-A-Rama
All those interested in playing bridge in
the 2008-2009 Vince-A-Rama should sign up and pay $20 per person to
the Senior Center. It
is desirable that at least one member of each team pair should have been a
bridge student of Vince Giuliano. Games will be played monthly from October
through May and prizes will be awarded at a bridge party for participants in
June at the Senior Center. For those who would like to play their games at the
Senior Center, space will be available from 1:00 until 4:00 p.m. on
the second Tuesday of the month from October
through May. Those who prefer to play at home may continue to do so. If you are
interested, please sign up even though you do not have a partner, and an attempt
will be made to pair you with another player. If you have questions, call Gina

Duplicate Bridge
A group of serious duplicate bridge players meets
Thursdays from noon to 4 p.m. Please call Beverly Kocotas (979-7455) for
information or to find a partner. Duplicate Bridge Lessons have been
offered Sundays afternoons and a new class may be offered again. If interested
in lessons, contact
, Evening Coordinator, at 974-7756. A local Duplicate Bridge program, led by
Paul Hartman, rents space in the Center Thursdays, 7:00-11:00 p.m., and Sundays,
2:00-6:00 p.m.
Contract Bridge
Contract Bridge group begins in September with play
starting at 1:15 p.m. on the 2nd and 4th Fridays.
Groups of 4 can be incorporated into play. For info, contact Lynn Forsythe

Party Bridge
Party Bridge
Lite meets on Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to noon -- starting in
September. You do not need a partner to come, but of course it helps! FREE for
members; non-members welcome with fee. Party Bridge is a multi-table contest in
which participants compete against a field of pairs playing Contract Bridge.
There is much interaction – and a rowdy good time – as pairs move to different
tables for different rounds of play. Members interested in playing, but in need
of a partner, leave your name at the Front Desk. For information, contact Lois Brown at

Vince's Tuesday Alumni Bridge
The Alumni Groups were established from those who
learned from and played with bridge player extraordinaire and beloved Senior
Center member, Vince Giuliano. This alumni group meets the 2nd and 4th Tuesday
of each month from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. in the Craft Room. Call Ann Clough at
245-9020 for information.
Vince's Friday Alumni Bridge
This alumni group meets the 1st Friday of each month
from 10:00 a.m. to noon in Meeting Rooms 2 & 3. Call Ann Clough at 245-9020
for information.
No Trump
Bridge
This group is currently four people meeting
once a week outside of the Center. If you are interested in having this
type of bridge available at the Center, contact
