Desktop Shortcut to Web Page:

Right click web page and click on Create Shortcut.
The following message will appear:
"A shortcut to the current page will be placed on your desktop."
Click: OK The shortcut (icon) is now on your desktop.
You can right click on the Icon.
Choose: Rename to use a better name
Choose: Properties to change the icon

 

Bookmark or add to your Favorites quickly:

Hold down the CTRL key and press the D key once. Later you can go to the Favorites menu to organize your favorites.

 

Alphabetize your Favorites:

Click: Start - go to Favorites, or go to Favorites menu
Right Click: File or folder name — Click: Sort by Name

 

Get Back to your Desktop Quickly:

Hold down the Windows Key and Click on D

 

Display Web Page Text larger or smaller:

On the View menu, point to Text Size, and then click the size you want. (This doesn’t always work; it depends on how the code was written for the web page.) Remember to reset this later.
