Well,
that is, looking for Microsoft Word's Work menu.
The Work menu is a menu that stores links to documents that you choose, regardless of how long it's been since you've actually used the file.
To use the Work menu, we must first add it to our Word menus using the Customize window. (Tools menu, Customize choice or right click on a toolbar and choose Customize at the bottom).
In the Customize window, you need the Commands tab.

On the left (Categories list), choose Built-in Menus and then on the right side (Commands list), locate Work.
Now, click, hold and drag the Work menu into your menu bar. Release the mouse button to drop it in the desired location.
Close
the Customize window.
Now, how to use the Work menu.
If you click on the menu, you'll find a singe item: "Add to Work Menu."

When this item is selected, Word will add a link to the currently active document to the menu. (If your current document hasn't been saved, the choice to add will not be accessible. Word must have a file name and save the location to add a link).
Now, whenever you need to access this file, simply go to the Work menu and choose it from the list.
Suppose you want to remove a link from the Work menu?
Simply use the key combination Ctrl + Alt + _ (underscore). This will convert your mouse pointer into a large, dark minus sign.
Now, use the mouse to take that pointer to the Work menu. When you select a file from the list with the minus sign, it will be removed immediately.
And there you have it! A pretty fast way to access the files with which you frequently "Work!"
