Dance your way to fitness – increase flexibility by dancing to Broadway tunes! Instructor Edna-Jakki "EJ" Miller has over 30 years experience in teaching and personal training in fitness, dance and holistic health.

All ages and all conditions, beginner and advanced participants, are able to join the fun. Workouts are joint-friendly, safe and effective. You’ll increase flexibility and be dancing to Broadway tunes in no time. Dance your way to fitness!

What better way to become fit, or to stay fit, than to DANCE.  All workouts are joint-friendly, safe, and effective.  After you take a class you will feel enlivened and energized.  

DanceFit is perfect for beginners and advanced participants, all ages and conditions. Classes begin with rhythmic limbering to warm up the body and then you will learn a simple and fun dance combination to upbeat music.
