To deepen skills, join our weekly practice sessions after participating in an introductory workshop offered at the Center by UVA Research Physician Xudong "Joshua" Li, PhD and MD. Also, check-out the new Falun Gong text book in our library "Zhuan Falun". Graciously donated by our instructor Joshua! During months without a workshop, visit a practice session to learn more. Sign up at the Front Desk. FREE for members and their guests under age 50; $16 per month for others.
