Full Life Fitness
Our agenda consists primarily of stretching and light weight
lifting segments. We use bands and dumbbells of 1,2, or 3 pounds,
furnished at no charge. You may also bring your own equipment.
Age or most physical limitations offer no cause for not
joining our group.
We meet twice a week at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday and Friday for
approximately one hour in Room A. With any new exercise
regimen, a visit with your doctor prior to starting is recommended.
Strengthening and added flexibility help prevent falls, the
leading cause of accidental injuries and loss of independence among
seniors. We are a friendly bunch and will look forward to meeting
you and having you join us in our exercise program. You must be a
member of the Senior Center to join. |
