Energize your body and quiet the mind by this ancient
Chinese practice. Based on the universal principles of Truthfulness,
Compassion, and Tolerance, five exercises are used to open the body’s
energy channels and enable energy to circulate while purifying the body
and providing relief from stress and tension. The movements are simple and
easy to learn, and suitable for people of all ages and levels of fitness.
The exercises are very flexible, and can be done anytime, anywhere, and
for any duration. Bring a pillow or cushion to class with you. Instruction
