Nia for Beginning Exercisers Wednesdays, 10:00—11:00
a.m.  (The 6:00 p.m. Tuesday evening class continues)
This custom-designed class with Antje Waxman, Nia Blue Belt Instructor,
brings fun to being active and vocal using Nia. Expand your horizons using
body, mind, and spirit! Move safely based upon each body’s ability. Enjoy
the dance, sound, and music you and the class make! Wear comfortable
clothes and stable athletic shoes. Class minimum 5. Register and pay at
the Front Desk. $20 members; $27 non-members per month.
Drop in once per month for $7 for members/$8 for non-members.

Antje Waxman, Nia Blue Belt teacher, offers this weekly class
to assist members and others to find fun in being active and vocal using
Nia. Expand your horizons and have fun bringing health to body, mind, and
spirit! Nia instructor Antje Waxman has custom-designed our course
to allow seniors to move safely based upon each body’s ability. Enjoy the
dance, sound and music you and the class make! Wear comfortable clothes
and tennis shoes. Enrollment minimum: 5, maximum: 12. Register at
the Front Desk by the beginning of the month. $20 members; $27
