Thomas (A Feral Cat) |
||||
| The snow is fine and gentle as it settles to the | ||||
| ....... | ground in silent dignity. | |||
| One day after being laid to rest, it pays tribute to | ||||
| his life--- | ||||
| a quiet, unheralded arrival, changing briefly the | ||||
| lives of caring observers and the world with its | ||||
| presence, | ||||
| then following Nature's approved ultimate plan, gives | ||||
| way to the ensuing warmth, and fulfilling its purpose, becomes a gift to the earth--and the |
||||
| cycle continues. | ||||
