Yoga: Integrating Body, Mind, And Spirit

Mondays, 10:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m., next 8-week block beginning April 30th

Participants of all ages and fitness levels can enjoy this yoga-based fitness class that combines yoga asanas, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques for general wellness, balance, strength, endurance and flexibility. Instructor Edna-Jakki "EJ" Miller has over 30 years experience in teaching and personal training in fitness, dance and holistic health. REMEMBER: Consult your physician before beginning any exercise program. $68 for members and $88 for non-member for 8-weeks.

The classes are taught by Edna-Jakki Miller, who has taught, practiced, and lectured in fitness, dance, and holistic health for over 30 years. Visit her webpage here for information about her style of yoga.

Participants are asked to be respectful by being on time or not more than a few minutes late.
Participants should consult with their physician before beginning this and any exercise program.
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and do not eat a heavy meal for at least two hours before coming to class.

This yoga-based fitness class combines yoga asanas, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques for general wellness, balance, strength, endurance, and flexibility. YogaLight is a balanced workout that is fun and can be done by anyone regardless of age and fitness level. The program is designed for those who are new to the practice of yoga or those with experience.
