Virginia's Revolutionary Heroes - Fredericksburg, VA

A Revolutionary day-trip to Fredericksburg featuring house and museum tours relating to all of our heroes. We’ll take in wonderful “Scotchtown,” owned by Henry at the time of his famous “Give me liberty” speech; beautiful Georgian-style “Kenmore,” built by Washington’s brother-in-law in the 1770s and renown for its amazingly elaborate plasterwork; and the “James Monroe Museum,” famed for its fabulous Monroe collection, and its set of “First Lady” dresses! Lunch on your own.
