1. All trips are non-refundable (Note exceptions in #6 below.)
2. There is a $10.00 non-member fee for all trips.
3. The Senior Center, Inc. Travel Office accepts cash,. personal checks, travelers' checks, Visa and Master Card.
4. Please advise us if there are any special needs when traveling.
5. Check-in time for trips is 30 minutes prior to the published departure time. The Center is open for trip check-in.
6. Refund Policy: You will need to find a replacement for yourself in order to receive a refund. Please have the person who is replacing you call us or stop by with their payment.
7. For overnight trips, trip insurance is highly recommended. If you use our Travelex insurance plan, we have a brochure with a toll free number for you to call and set up your travel insurance.
8. Please park your vehicle in the Senior Center row near the Jordan building parking lot.
9. A $15.00 Service Fee will be assessed on all returned checks.
New Regulations for Airport Check-in
All customers must have a government issued photo identification.
Curbside baggage check-in is no longer allowed. All bags must be checked inside the airport at the ticket counter.
Only ticketed customers are allowed beyond the airport security.
Passengers can expect significant delays and long lines. It is therefore advised to arrive at the airport 2 hours prior to the scheduled departure of their flight.
Customers with E-Tickets will be required to have a printed receipt or will have to check in at the ticket counter in order to gain access to the concourse.
Knives of any length or description will not be allowed through the security checkpoint.
There will be random searches of bags.

Senior Center Inc. acts only as an agent for the various independent suppliers that provide hotel accommodations, transportation, sightseeing, activities, or other services connected with this tour. Such services are subject to the terms and conditions of those suppliers. Senior Center Inc. and their respective employees, agents representatives and assigns accept no liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or any other incident which may be caused by the negligence, defect, of any company or person in performing these services. Responsibility is not accepted for losses, injury, damages or other expenses of any kind due to sickness, weather, strikes, hostilities, wars, terrorists acts, acts of nature, local laws or other such causes. All services and accommodations are subject to the laws and regulations of the country in which they are provided. Senior Center, Inc is not responsible for any baggage or person affects of any individual participating in the tours/trips arranged by Senior Center, Inc. Individual travelers are responsible for purchasing their own travel insurance policy, if desired that will cover some of the expenses associated with the loss of luggage or personal effects.
